Ben was spotted on the set of ‘The Words‘ in Montreal, Canada yesterday. They filmed 2 scenes on the top of Mount Royal, which looked to be flashback sequences from the 1940’s or 1950’s. Check out the photos in the gallery!

Ben Barnes In Talks For ‘The Seventh Son’

Ben is currently in negotiations for the starring role, opposite Jeff Bridges, in Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures’ fantasy tentpole, ‘The Seventh Son‘.

After playing the title role in ‘The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian’, Ben Barnes is in line for another, as the Brit thesp is in negotiations to star in Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures’ fantasy tentpole, ‘The Seventh Son’.

Formerly known as ‘The Spook’s Apprentice’, tale is adapted from Joseph Delaney’s young adult series about a teen who’s the seventh son of a seventh son, and learns about wizardry from a forbidding spook.

Jeff Bridges will take on the role of the Spook, while Julianne Moore will play a witch in the pic, which is also slated to star Swedish thesp Alicia Vikander.

Ben Barnes Joins Cast of ‘The Words’

Ben is set to star alongside Olivia Wilde and Bradley Cooper in the dramatic thriller, The Words. No word yet on what role Ben will be playing in the film.

With her feature career heating up, ‘Cowboys & Aliens’ star Olivia Wilde is set to join Bradley Cooper in the dramatic thriller ‘The Words’.

Ben Barnes (‘The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian’) and ‘Juno’ thesp J.K. Simmons have also joined the cast, which includes Jeremy Irons, Zoe Saldana and Dennis Quaid.

Project reunites Wilde with ‘Tron: Legacy’ scribes Brian Klugman and Lee Sternthal, who are making their directorial debut with the pic. Duo’s script, which appeared on the Black List, follows a successful writer who discovers he has to pay a price for stealing another man’s work.
