I really loved the series. Ben nailed it and I was blow away by his final speech!
I also loved the Hancock guy. He was funny and also a very good actor !

Thank you for the screencaptures!!!
Still can’t get enough of Sons Of Liberty. Not only Ben was stunning there. The whole cast was amazing. Michael Raymond-James was great as Paul Revere…and Ryan Eggold too. :)

Sons of Liberty is not available on TV where I live, I’m afraid (so thank God for the original)…and it’s a shame because the show looks great and they have a very good actors in it. I like Rafe Spall and Marton Csokas too.

I enjoyed the series so much. I don’t understand all the hate on IMDB but I guess there are a lot of people who are never happy with anything. I too thought the whole cast was phenomenal. I wasn’t familiar with a lot of the actors other than Ben and Henry Thomas but they all did a great job. Now I can’t wait for the DVD to come out!! Thanks for all the screen shots Steph!

LaRose, I was just as mystified as you by the negative comments on IMDB. I think it’s just the nature of the Internet and grumpy people with nothing better to do. Their problem, really. Best ignored. I think Ben did a fantastic job! I loved all three episodes and look forward to watching them again (saved on DVR). The costumes and sets were really fantastic. I also think Ben’s American accent was good and his voice is just so, so beautiful. The only thing “bad” I can say is that I found him to be so disarmingly handsome that it distracted me from the scenes. But then again, that’s hardly a problem now is it! And, did everyone catch the Seventh Son ads during the the shows? I was wondering if the general population watching History Channel could put two and two together and realize that the lead in the movie trailer and the show they were watching was the same person?! Haha. Well, I hope Ben gets lots of praise for his current work. It is well deserved.

The show though, the show…. IT WAS SO GOOD!!! I love war, because I am an intense person, but the mother doesn’t. (Just so you know I’m still a teenager) But for once, for once she actually enjoyed it. Sure, she went off to do something during war scenes, because she doesn’t deal with that, but I just cheered. And one cannot describe the amount of hatred I felt for bloody General Gage. I went on a rage on the interwebs, as I call them. All of my friends shall understand. I almost started cussing in Spanish when I saw so many negative comments on the interwebs, which is what I do when I’m really, really angry(I started cussing in Spanish too when Dr. Warren was murdered in the most cowardly way. WHY???) Well, the acting was awesome, cast top notch (for History Channel, I mean), and everything was just so fabulous. Though a lot of the time I just imagined myself in there. (Bloody hell, I wouldn’t have agreed with their ideas, I would have bloody invented and fought for them!) I am Gryffindor!!!! (Only Potterheads shall understand!!!) And the whole time, I was just sorting them into Hogwarts houses, because everything I ever see becomes Harry Potter related in my mind. GRYFFINDOR POWER!!!!
