I made some small updates today!

Here’s a new picture from Edinburg Film Festival.

Just a short update on the National Movie Awards which are taking place next week as some of you who live in the UK might be interested in attending the event. Here’s some info:

The National Movie Awards are back and Ben Barnes has been nominated in the category of Male Performance! There are now a number of seats available to the public for this star studded event. If you want to be part of it all at London’s Royal Festival Hall, Southbank Centre on Monday September 8th call 0871 663 2500 or go on-line - here.

Tickets to this black-tie event are £22 and selling fast!

I was getting horribly sick of the previous layout, and since Natalie (our newest staff member!) updated the fansite with the awesome Interview scans, I decided to make a new layout using those photos.

Additionally, I would also like to say that I know the comments are not working, and that the author names for each update aren’t showing - I am trying to get that fixed asap!

And, as promised, here are the amazing (and huge!) scans from Interview Magazine (September Issue). Thanks to spellbound for them.

Interview Magazine also made a few questions for Ben and you can read the transcript bellow or you may download the audio file (Thanks _tigermilk!).

It’s hard to believe when looking at him, but Ben Barnes’s first stab at fame came in front of a microphone, and not a movie camera. Barnes was 17 and living with his folks in Wimbledon, England, when Pop Idol talent-spotter Simon Fuller signed the young man up to his label, 19 Management.
