Hi everyone! As most of you may have noticed, Ben Barnes Fan was hacked again last weekend. Thanks to Tran and the countless hours she put into getting the site cleaned up this week, we are now back up and running! We are aware that some parts of the site look a bit funny right now (the gallery in particular) but don’t worry, everything will be back to normal within the next few days!

First, I want to apologize for the issues with the site recently. A week ago the site was hacked and it took a few days to resolve the problem and clean up the site but everything seems to be running fine now. Thanks Tran and Ivonne! If anyone is still having issues with the site, please let us know.

Onto the updates! It’s official, Ben has been nominated for a 2009 MTV Movie Award for his performance as Prince Caspian in The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian! The category is ‘Breakthrough Male Performance‘. To vote for Ben, click here. Voting ends on May 27th!

The 2009 MTV Movie Awards will air live on Sunday, May 31st at 9 PM (Eastern) on MTV.

Hello everyone,

So when I saw the new photoshoot Ivonne uploaded, I was like “Holy crap, I need to make a new layout with these!” and so I did! I hope everyone likes the new look, and I should mention, the layout looks even more funky (in a good sense) if you view it through FireFox! Enjoy and comments are more than welcome.

Nine year old Meli, who is battling leukaemia, met actor and heartthrob Ben Barnes, on the set of the film The Picture of Dorian Gray which Ben is currently filming at The Royal Naval College, Greenwich, London.

Starlight asked Ben if he would help realise little Meli’s dream which is to appear as an extra on the film set of a period drama. Ben said, “It was a joy to have lively Meli on set and help grant her wish.”
